Teaching students and developing them is the most rewarding experience of today. Nothing brings more joy and pride then a happy, productive and employed youth. The world is shrinking today. The effect of globalization, modernization, privatization and the media has made the life of a college student very different from those of older generation. Understanding the youth of today empathetically and keeping them to develop life skills to deal with the conflicting situations occurring due to oneself, peer, society and  parents is not only the responsibility of the school and colleges but also of the parents themselves.
